The Job

  • Maintain and establish C-Level contact / relationship; Understand our Key customer's business needs, processes and challenges so as to identify business opportunities
  • Develop and plan winning sales strategy, includingelectronic document management solutions, Business Process Optimization and Managed Services - imaging, asset management for office and IT network, mail services and production services, creative services and more
  • Develop long-term customer growth strategy to achieve sales pipeline & targets and customer retention


The Person

  • At least 6 years' experience in either IT consultancy selling / solutions selling / outsourcing contract or services selling / ERP, CRM or software
  • Solid experience in people management
  • Knowledge in IT service businesses and critical business process in either SME, or other commercial area
  • Confident in account management and solutions selling to either SME, multi-national or large corporate customers
  • Good problem solving, questioning and analytical skills with positive attitudes to generate needs to achieve business results
  • Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and proposal writing skills
  • Good team player and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Macau ID holder is highly preferable
