Our client, one of the biggest tradeshow organizers in Asia, is looking for an experienced sales professional to provide leadership and coaching to their sales team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's sales and account management team to achieve sales target, bring in new clients and grow existing accounts whenever required
  • Manage full sales cycle, including individual target setting, prospecting, pipeline management, closing and performance management of the sales team
  • Provide coaching to team members and support their continuous development
  • Provide insight to help design and improve the company's business strategy
  • Contribute to the company's event design and management through understanding customers' requests and suggestions
  • Collect customer feedback to improve the company's overall service quality
  • Lead the sales team to integrate new CRM systems into their working routine
  • Manage the budget of the sales team
  • Collaborate with sales teams in other countries to maximize business potential

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 5 years' experience of sales management in any industry
  • Experienced in both new sales and existing account management duties
  • Proven track record in coaching and/or training salespeople
  • Proven track record in collaborating various stakeholders to come up with sales proposals and solutions
  • Experienced in using CRM systems
