Our client is a reputable retail brand with extensive local and regional exposure. They are now looking for IT Helpdesk Specialist to support their business growth.

IT Help Desk Specialist, Retail

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as first point of contact for all IT technical issue and requests for employees via phone call, email, onsite
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT technical support
  • Maintain ownership of your supporting cases and manage open tickets
  • Expected to help identify and resolve technical issues


Qualifications:
  • 5 - 6 years of experience in IT helpdesk support
  • Degree in technology or related field of study preferred
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Good telephone manner, attentiveness, logical with great customer service skill
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (Chinese and English)
