IT Help Desk Specialist, Retail
- Serve as first point of contact for all IT technical issue and requests for employees via phone call, email, onsite
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT technical support
- Maintain ownership of your supporting cases and manage open tickets
- Expected to help identify and resolve technical issues
- 5 - 6 years of experience in IT helpdesk support
- Degree in technology or related field of study preferred
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Good telephone manner, attentiveness, logical with great customer service skill
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (Chinese and English)
