Multichannel Manager (Contract until 31 Dec 2017)
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Multichannel Manager.
- Co-ordinate with technical team and project stakeholders for product/service/ system implementation
- Prepare documents for project implementation, such as User Requirement, Test Plan, User manual etc.
- Support project coordination, progress update, management information reporting, testing, user deployment, user training and service launch
- Manage the overall project planning, implementation, control and completion of specific banking projects
- University Degree holder
- Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
- Ability to handle project independently in different stages from inception to completion
- Mature, self-motivated, results-oriented with good project management and analytical skills
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
- Good command of both written & spoken English & Cantonese
- Good team leadership skills
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
(Candidate with less qualifications & experience will be considered as Assistant Multichannel Manager.)
