Responsibilities

  • Directly report to Chairman
  • Responsible for a full range of secretarial duties and all business related matters including project management & general coordination.
  • Assist Chairman's schedule and meetings
  • Prepare confidential correspondence and all relevant materials
  • Coordinate and organize with external parties and internal departments for serving the company’s guests and visitors

Requirements                             

  • Degree holder
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, with a very strong sense of responsibility and energetic working style
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
  • Frequent business travel is required
