Job Posting Details 

The appointee will handle daily operations and provide administrative support to the fundraising work of the Office.  He/She will assist in managing donation and prospect databases; handle the logistics of events, ceremonies and projects; coordinate the development of marketing collaterals (e.g. invitation cards, on-site display materials, videos, website); maintain filing system; and perform other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have at least 5 passes including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A or level 2 if results were obtained from 2007 onwards) in the HKCEE; or 5 subjects, including English Language, attaining level 2 or above (or equivalent) in the HKDSE with at least 2 years of work experience.  Degree holders will be preferred.  The appointee should have excellent computer literacy (PC operations and applications, such as MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Chinese word-processing); a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese); and a high level of communication skills and good telephone manners.  He/She should also be a good team player, self-motivated, attentive to details and well-organized, and be able to work independently and under pressure.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.  (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
