This is an exciting and challenging role being the PMO Lead, you will be working within the programme management office to work closely with all stakeholders.

Client Details

Our client is a well known Financial Services provider who serves clients across the globe. To cope with its expanding footprint in Asia Pacific, they are looking for a PMO Lead to join their team.

Description
  • Work with the stakeholders, programme manager and PMO Team to ensure the timely completion of weekly Clarity programme and workstream status reports ensuring capture of the necessary level of information
  • Escalate items to the Programme Team/Programme Manager as required
  • Work with the client PMO Team to ensure that governance standards are well understood and are being adhered to
  • Engage in PMO and workstream meetings when required, ensuring that actions are properly documented, tracked and delivered upon
  • Assist the Programme Manager in the maintenance of programme-level actions logs
  • Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding local staff, in coordination with the Programme Manager




Profile
  • Previous experience working in PMOs on large complex programmes
  • Previous experience with the CA Clarity Toolset and how to use this for reporting (ideal)
  • Be comfortable challenging users on the quality of their status reports and comfortable to raise risks/issues to the programme manager as needed
  • Have a good deal of experience developing high-quality PMO tools and templates
  • Be able to act quickly and complete deliverables timely in a faced-paced environment
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands
  • Ability to show resilience to and work well under pressure
  • Proactive, organised and detail-oriented
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
