This position is responsible in identifying the training needs of the department. He/She needs to recommend, create, develop and conduct training programs to all levels of staff within the time and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs and develop training strategy to cope with business objectives
  • Assist in formulating training budget
  • Plan, design and deliver in-house training programs (e.g. six sigma, POP, 5S) for all levels of staff
  • Prepare the training reports, analyze and evaluate program effectiveness with respect to cost effectiveness, quality assurance on training materials, trainees' feedback, improvement plan, and so forth
  • Prepare, review and update training materials
  • Maintain training system & record to ensure the effectiveness of training
  • Act as a coordinator in regional training programs as assigned
  • Work closely with internal and/or external parties on implementation of training programs
  • Perform any special duties/projects as assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Logistics Management / Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience in logistics industry, with 3 years solid experience in training
  • Knowledge of logistics is an advantage
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, e.g. Chinese Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organized and attentive to details
  • Work Location: Tsing Yi
