We invite applications for the following position:

Quantity Surveyor (Ref: P_W-QS)

You will be responsible for quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost plan and pre-tender estimate; pre-qualification of contractors and consultants; preparation of tender documents; payment evaluation; checking contractor's quotations and variations; budget control; and final accounts settlement. You are also required to assisting in project management works for development / construction projects when assigned by your superiors.


  • Holder of a Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
  • Member of HKIS or RICS.
  • At least 3 years’ post qualification experience;
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge e.g. MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing is required; and
  • Those with project management experience in non-governmental organization / developer will be an advantage.
