The incumbent will be mainly responsible for coordinating and managing business meetings and travel arrangements, provide secretarial support to our Senior Executive and carrying out ad hoc assignments as assigned.
- Diploma or above with formal secretarial training
- At least 5 years secretarial experience with serving senior executives in sizeable companies is preferable
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Mature, patient, strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Well organized and willing to work under pressure
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua will be an advantage
- Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
