RESPONSBILITES

  • Provide full range secretarial and administrative support
  • Manage appointment scheduling, calendar maintenance, travel arrangement
  • Handle various correspondences including telephone calls, emails and meeting minutes
  • Assist General Manager to liaise with internal and external parties for various business activities or projects

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher diploma or above in business administration or related disciplines
  • Formal secretarial training is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, preferred in Mandarin as well
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skill, high sense of responsibility
