About the company

Our client is a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. To cater talent retention and acquisition policies, they are looking for HR professional in C&B areas, to drive global and local C&B initiatives.

 

Job Description

 

Reporting to Director, you will be solely responsible for regional C&B functions across Asia:

  • As the regional leader in C&B, you will actively review and develop C&B program
  • Work closely with different counterparts, including HR Business Partners, local HR, senior leaders
  • Launch salary benchmarking survey
  • Coordinate with corresponding HR consultancy to review reward strategies, policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and initiate global C&B programs with the support from local HRs
  • Responsible for annual C&B review in salary, medical insurance, benefits etc.
  • Involve in merger and acquisition in companies and business units
  • Act as subject matter expert and advisors in compensation and benefits

 

Why you?

 

  • Degree in business or human resources related disciplines. Master Degree is a plus
  • At least 8 years of experience in C&B
  • Background from sizable MNC
  • Knowledgeable in C&B matters across Asia and translating business strategies into human performance strategies
