Reporting to the team manager, the Technical Analyst is a newly created role due to increasing business demand. The role will participate in solutions pre-sales stage to provide technical advise to ensure the solution feasibility and to meet the customers needs. He/she is responsible to conduct POC to ensure the solution can best benefit the customers in increasing the hit-rate during deal pursuit. The successful candidate will also provide timely responses and ideas to customers in enhancing the team's professionalism.

The Person

  • Bachelor degree in Information Science or related disciplines
  • ITIL V3.0, Six Sigma Green Belt or above qualification is advantages
  • 5 years+ experience in customer servicing industries
  • Knowledge of printing or DMS, HR, BPM solutions would be an advantage
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
