5大職場辭職禮儀

最近又興起一番對「裸辭」的討論，姑勿論你是否會裸辭，一旦辭職也不要「裸露」自己的本性，無論是有關辭職信的內容，或是準備離職期間的態度，都要時刻保持自己一貫的風雅，免得落人口實，影響將來升遷。坊間教寫辭職信格式的文章多不勝數，筆者就無謂多此一提，但辭職禮儀這門學問可不是一封辭職信這麼簡單。 1.    不要為啖氣發老脾：儘管你可能已經受夠氣，終於鼓起勇氣炒老細魷魚，但切勿就此沾沾自喜向老細發老脾，雖則職場中著實遇過不少擘炮反臉、闊佬懶理的真人騷。但是世界真細小，做人留一綫，日後好相見。筆者經常覺得，「有品，最大的贏家是你自己」，漂亮地離職，會令你的最後一戰打得乾淨利落，給人留下完美的良好印象。同時，你的未來公司隨時會要求現任老細提供你的在職資料，作為聘用的參考，無謂為啖氣而自毀長城。 2.    手尾要交待清楚：你必須給公司足夠的時間找人替代你的位置，千萬不要說走就走。如果你身居要職，最好能推薦一些勝任人選，當然前提是雙方都適合，最後就是保證順利完成工作交接。就算是小薯仔一名，除非你本身是超級冗員，不然你平日也要做好「業務知識管理」，清楚記錄工作進度及相關參考文件存放位置，一旦新人未上任，其他同事也較易接手。這其實也是為己為人，防止你上新工時仍有舊同事時刻打電話來問東問西，在新上司面前有多難堪?

有沒有想過你的人工可以在7個月之間，由$27,000加到$47,000?美國芝加哥就有一名28歲醫院女員工得到這個令人羨慕的加幅，而且仍在同一間醫院裏工作，只是職責有所轉變，但短短7個月人工加幅達75%，實在令人羨慕不已。究竟她做了些甚麼呢? 1.    掌握資訊：做足資料搜集，運用Payscale、Glassdoor等網上工具，得知同一工種、銜頭的平均薪金及最高薪金等資料，也可以透過不同的求職網站如cpjobs.com，了解相關職位一般為員工提供甚麼公司福利，以調適自己的期望、或為提出加薪提供足夠理據，增強自信，作好薪金談判的準備。 2.    總括表現幫老闆洗腦：勤力當然是令老闆考慮加薪的因素，但是首要條件是要讓老闆知道你勤力和有能力。但這並不是叫你事無大小都自吹自擂，而是不時為自己平日的努力作小總結，並透過某些方法有意無意提醒老細。例如在完成一些大項目之後，以一封電郵多謝有份參與和付出的隊友，還要強調過程有多艱辛，重點是不用直接稱讚自己，但老闆會看到一些成果，並自自然然將一些公司成果聯繫到你，日積月累留下好印象，將來提出加薪時，便可省卻不少唇舌。
