Key responsibilities:

Assist the enhancement of existing IT system(s)
Lead the enhancement or re-development of an IT system to ensure it meets government security standards and supports data exchange with other government systems
Assist site preparation, office relocation and related setup of IT facilities
Provide general PC support and IT helpdesk services

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related subjects
At least 6-8 years experience in application development
Strong application development experience in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, web programming
Hands-on development experience on secured application programming interface (API) development among IT systems
Strong experience in IT facility maintenance and management (including personal computers and network devices) and site preparation for remote office(s)
At least 1-year working experience with the Government
Good oral and written English and Chinese
