Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & KPI Management

• Direct the team to achieve departmental objectives and high-quality KPIs within the approved financial budget.

• Ensure appropriate and sufficient operations controls are maintained in daily activities.

• Enable a stable, high-quality workforce to support seamless daily operations.
  
  

Operational Oversight & Transaction Control

• Monitor and approve key operation transactions to ensure alignment with agreed service standards.

• Approve and authorize transactions strictly in accordance with the Bank’s policies.

• Provide robust operations support and advice to Business Teams, Internal Audit, and External Parties.
  
  

Process Optimization & Innovation

• Design and implement operational procedures for new products and services to meet evolving business needs.

• Establish regular internal reviews to streamline and simplify operations, supporting business growth and initiatives.

• Coordinate with IT to ensure timely implementation of system-related projects.

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and adjust procedures accordingly.

• Ensure daily operations comply with all regulations through collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.

• Support Compliance in regulatory and taxation reporting, including FATCA and CRS.
  
  

Team Development & Culture

• Provide learning opportunities to staff members to enhance skills and productivity.

• Maintain high working morale to foster a positive and efficient team environment.

Requirements:

• Qualification: University graduate or above in Business Administration or relevant field is preferable.

• Experience: 10+ years of banking operations experience with specific exposure to Taiwan business.

• Knowledge: Well-versed in Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin is essential

• Technical: Proficient in PC operations and exposure to IT systems.
