💰 Salary: HK$18,000/month + annual bonus + free Spanish lessons
🕐 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am–7pm (1h lunch break)
📍 Location: Wan Chai

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Welcome students, parents, and visitors (front desk, email, phone)
•⁠ ⁠Handle daily operations: class scheduling, invoicing
•⁠ ⁠Open new group classes to meet demand
•⁠ ⁠Support teachers and students
•⁠ ⁠Prepare lesson plans and quotations for primary/secondary schools
•⁠ ⁠Assist with additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and organized
•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs
•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in a school or language center preferred
•⁠ ⁠Professional, respectful, and collaborative
•⁠ ⁠Sensitive to student needs and concerns
•⁠ ⁠Immediate availability preferred
