Main Duties:
Undertake English and Chinese copywriting for the Chest’s corporate and marketing materials, including press releases, speeches, newsletters, social media posts, and other publicity materials;
Manage public and media enquiries or complaints, and provide timely and appropriate responses;
Provide communications and logistical support for major corporate events, including the Annual Awards Ceremony and Annual General Meeting;
Assist in the planning and implementation of school visits, including liaison, presentation support, and follow-up work;
Support fundraising campaigns in preparing publicity materials;
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or other related disciplines;
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, publications, event and digital marketing, or related fields;
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle enquiries tactfully and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
Good organisational and multitasking abilities, good attention to details;
Self-motivated, proactive, and a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
Starting salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications. 5-day work, benefits include annual leave starting from 14 days, annual performance bonus, medical insurance and life insurance.
