Settlement Manager

Responsibilities

• Handle daily settlement operation for local securities

• Monitor trade matching, resolve discrepancies and ensure  all  instructions are executed timely and efficiently;

• Perform daily operation in CCASS operations;

• Ensure all processing transactions are complied with all relevant regulators and in-house policies

• Perform ad hoc reporting timely and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned;

 
Requirements

• Degree or above, preferably in Finance /Accounting or related disciplines;

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in settlement operation in brokerage firms.

• Solid experience in HK and Asia equities and futures settlement

• Familiar with CCASS operation

• Responsible, self-motivated, competent risk awareness and able to work under pressure

• Good command of spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

• Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
