  • Manage the whole process from design and sales through to the delivery to customer
  • Work closely with design & development, production, QC & logistics team in order to adhere to the buyer’s needs
  • Provide daily operational direction to the merchandising team to ensure all orders comply with customers’ requirement and delivered on time
  • Act as main point of contact for customers to offer knowledge and expertise within your field
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with both new and existing international client accounts
  • Responsible for sourcing, order follow up with buyers & factories
  • Ensure that you are delivering sales within pre-defined targets and that you meet your individual and team objectives


  • Forn 5 or above; University graduate in Textile, Clothing and related discipline will be an advantage
  • At least 5 years’ experience in toys products & garments fields
  • Strong technical background & able to supervise the merchandising team to work independently
  • Sound experience with good communication & liaison skills in dealing with overseas clients
  • Energetic, independent and willing to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in PC operations
  • Travel to China required
