  1. To perform reception duties such as greeting boss and guests, handling incoming calls and mails, greeting visitors, dealing with courier matters, etc.
  2. Admin support and maintain office equipment inventory, pantry sundry item, stationary, office supplies and cleanliness of the office by service provider.
  3. Provide daily secretarial support and administrative duties; for examples: phone answering, mailing, filing, data entry, travel arrangements and carrying out personal administration work when required

Qualification Requirements

  1. Form 5 or above with 1-2 years experience in office administration support
  2. Proficient in all common PC, MS Office including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
  3. Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin; and
  4. Multi-tasking, organized, hardworking and willing to learn.
  5. Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
