Requirement 職位要求


  • Perform general office administration duties like office supplies ordering, office maintenance and sourcing suppliers of general office supplies and stationary control
  • Assisting in performing reception duties,
  • Handle incoming calls, fax, emails and courier
  • perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
  • Responsible for preparing exhibition set up material and attend the local Jewelry shows
  • Min. 1 year relevant working experience in administration / secretarial support ;
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Able to handle multitask effectively and independently;
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, work independently and self-motivated;
  • Willing to learn and a good team player
  • Immediate available is preferred.
