Duties:

To provide superior rostering and scheduling services and staff liaison to ensure efficient and effective support to building teams, in compliance with legislation and company requirements.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Day to day liaison with sites to ensure provision of manpower/effective resources allocation. Create and maintain rosters for sites/staff.
  • Day to day liaison with staff regarding service times/location, well-being, preferences, competencies, leave planning, etc in a prompt, efficient, empathetic and supportive manner.
  • Attend to day-to-day rescheduling to cover unplanned changes/ad-hoc issues.
  • Create and maintain accurate employee records: new engagements, terminations, personal particulars, allowance and earnings allocation, etc.
  • Prepare correct attendance/leave/allowance/earnings reports to HR for payment within specified deadlines and time frame.

 

Requirements:

  • DSE or above, certificate/diploma in office administration/business studies is an added advantage
  • 1-2 year customer service/admin work experience (Fresh Graduate is also welcome)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently/under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Literacy in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Inputting Method
  • Work location: Quarry Bay
