Applicants should possess a good university degree, with at least 5-8 years’ solid experience in education programme management in the higher education sector or a related field. They should also be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and be able to work independently and under pressure. An excellent command of English (with an overall band score of 7.5 or above in IELTS; or equivalent) and Chinese (including Putonghua), a high level of communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and good computer literacy are essential. Those with less experience may be appointed at the level of Administrative Assistant II or Executive Officer. The appointees will play a versatile role in leading junior executive and clerical staff in a spectrum of administrative work related to teaching and learning such as admissions, examination, execution of academic policies and quality assurance measures, curriculum review, event organization, project coordination, programme evaluation strategy, and student affairs. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointments on fixed terms will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary for Administrative Assistant I, and 10% of basic salary for Administrative Assistant II and Executive Officer.
