We are a fun & friendly office team in the property industry serving mostly foreign clients from Europe and Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administration activities including handling documents, data input and coordination of daily operations and ad hoc duties as assigned. This is a back-office position to support the front office client-facing department.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Send invoices and follow up rental payment with tenants in a timely manner
  • Provide day-to-day administrative (e.g. cheque payment, petty cash, reimbursement) and clerical support, including data entry, filing, report preparation, etc
  • Coordinate between colleagues and suppliers for maintenance/repair services to our residential properties
  • Back-up when front office staff are busy by taking calls and greeting clients
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required

 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above with at least 3 years HK local admin. experience, preferably in office administration
  • Well organized and attentive to details and numbers
  • Mature, meticulous and able to work independently
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Well-versed in MS Office applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • A permanent HK resident is required
