Job Duties:

  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment process, posting ads, supporting recruitment process, pre-selecting applications, interview arrangements, etc...
  • Maintaining and updating the employee database regarding new hires, leavers, attendance/ leave record, employee movement, etc…
  • Support the manager and the office regarding office administrative duties, including stationary, supplies, filing, etc...
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • 1 year of experience within HR & Administration (Fresh graduate is welcome)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
