CLIENT'S INFORMATION:
Our client is a largescale architecture design firm. They have a wide range of customers both in Hong Kong and abroad. With the expansion of business, they would like to grow their team for commercial/ residential/ institutional projects. Now, they are looking for outstanding architects to join them.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Assist to manage the architectural design, provide site progress meetings and monitor site works of contractors
- Responsible for project development from concept, design, statutory approval, construction, fitting out to completion
- Prepare project designs and plans in compliance with local requirements
- Participate in onsite checking and measurement
- Keep design progress on track and make regular reporting on design status
- Handle all problems and issues during construction
- Handle ad hoc projects related to the project
REQUIREMENT:
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Min. 6 years of experience in commercial/residential/ institutional projects
- HKIA is a must
- Selfmotivated and able to work under deadline pressure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, sketch up, InDesign, Rhino/Revit
- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese/ English and Chinese
