Job Descriptions:
- Responsibilities include sponsorship coordination and event planning, including issuance of invitations, business development targeting and event organizing.
- Maintain and update accurate practice literature, provide assistance in drafting and editing submissions for various surveys and newsletters.
- Response to clients on daily marketing and business development assistance.
- Coordinate with clients on mainland events and offer guidance to the marketing assistants.
- Handle special financial, legal and business development projects as requested.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- CRM
- With Marketing Skill – has knowledge of using WeChat, Whatsapp….etc.
- Frequent travel to Mainland China
- Ability to generate written deliverables for internal and external audiences, often on short notice
- Good command of Putonghua and Chinese in both written and spoken
- Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Chinese word processing
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
Salary: $12-15K/month (Depending on experience) + Annual Bonus + Paid annual leave + Public holidays (Hong Kong and Mainland China) + In-service training
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00a.m. - 6:00p.m.
