Job Requirements:

  1. Assist the Project Manager to handle exhibition projects
  2. Planning of workflow, schedule, rundown, checklists & logistics
  3. Handle customers & suppliers/vendors
  4. Follow up production & on-site operation
  5. Prepare budgets, timeline and workflow for each event
  6. Handle other ad-hoc projects
  7. Diligent & willing to work over time or during holiday if required

Requirements:

  1. Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  2. Highly self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects & work under pressure
  3. Spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  4. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  5. 1 year working experience
