About our role

We are now looking for a talented Assistant Human Resources Officer to be part of our dynamic team. The incumbent will be responsible for providing one-stop recruitment services for our frontline and customer facing positions within the Company. He / She will help to ensure supply of manpower to our hiring managers in an efficient and timely manner. The job duties include managing job advertisement posting, sourcing, application screening, interview, reference check and onboarding process.


Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
  • With 2 years of experience in recruitment function ideally gained from sizable firm(s)
  • Proactive, responsible and detail-minded who work well in team environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
