Job Duties 

  • Develop and drive sales and profit by implementing commercial strategies to achieve business targets for assigned key account channels
  • Build and sustain strong partnership with key account customers, including drug chains, supermarket, convenience stores and department stores
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, and negotiate trading terms for assigned accounts
  • Manage trade spend to maximize ROI, distribution and product availability at store level.
  • Conduct sales and stock forecast that align with the updated market dynamic to maximize the sales potentials.
  • Plan and monitor sales & promotion activities, and work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure well execution at trade level

Requirement

  • University graduate or above in any discipline   
  • Minimum 3 years of key account management / business development experience in FMCG.
  • Modern trade key account experience is an advantage, preferably drug chains. 
  • Self motivated, result-oriented with strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills-Good team player with willingness to work under pressure and take challenges
  • Proficiency in PC application, e.g. MS EXCEL, WORD, PPT, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English-Candidate with more experience will be considered as Key Account Manager
