We are currently recruiting:
Assistant Leasing Manager – Mainland China

Responsibilities

  • Handle leasing and marketing activities of the assigned projects in Mainland China
  • Identify potential tenants and strengthen the clientele of shopping centre’s portfolio
  • Implement effective leasing strategies to maximise rental revenue and asset value
  • Plan, organize and implement promotion advertising activities of shopping centres
  • Coordinate with technical and shopping centre management teams on day-to-day operations including renovation and pre-operation arrangement

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Management or a property-related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in retail and property development market in Mainland China, of which at least 3 years should be at supervisory level
  • Strong marketing sense and solid experience in negotiation and deal conclusion
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Remarks

  • Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
  • Required to station in Shenzhen
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Senior Leasing Officer position.
