  • Be the planner of Social Media Strategy for HKBN on behalf of Marketing Communications Department
  • Be the hub and PIC for all Social Media activities for Marketing Communications Department to conduct smooth collaboration with internal and external counterparts


You will create impact via…

  • Conduct social media marketing strategies to increase traffic to hkbn.net and improve social media performance in terms of engagement and brand lift
  • Initiate and implement innovative social media initiatives for the branding and promotions, amplify the promotion impact from ATL to social.
  • Plan and create creative content to drive engagement and coordinate closely with internal and external counterparts
  • Create online content that is keyword rich to optimize SEO result; Ensure the measurability of performance of campaigns through data analysis/ showing web leads/ conversion rates/ visibility and make recommendations to maximize the effectiveness
  • Formulate, implement and monitor marketing campaigns to ensure a perfect alignment with marketing campaigns
  • Stay most updated on the latest social media and digital marketing technologies & trends, identify possible opportunities to implement new technologies into marketing campaigns with right strategies to achieve company goal
  • Explore and manage social listening and publishing tools to effectively manage company social media platform and understand customers’ feedback towards our services and promotion campaign


The follow attributes will be valued…

  • University graduate in marketing discipline with at least 5 years work experience, preferably from social media agency or specialist in social media management
  • Solid knowledge on social media platforms and strategies, strong marketing sense with digital marketing know how to drive company social media platform.
  • A self-motivated and passionate person who can drive continuous improvement to achieve company goal
  • A good team player with solid interpersonal skill to deal with both internal parties and external partners including agencies and production house
  • Energetic, proactive, flexible and creative
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
