Requirements:-

  • Tertiary education, in Human Resources, Business Studies or related disciplines.
  • Min 2 years working experience, in Human Resources / Admin related field.
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese word systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizing and analytical skills for HR projects.
  • Able to work independently, detail minded to handle routine HR / admin duties.
  • Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance.

Responsibilities:-

  • Have to communicate with all levels of staff for daily operations of HR&A.
  • Responsible for daily admin.work and staff activities.
  • Co-ordinate with external parties for telecom systems, training schedules, building maintenance contracts and ad. hoc projects.
