We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Product and Customer Proposition Manager.

In this role, you will

  • Assist the business to reestablish the Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance product and servicing proposition, and to determine the future strategy of the Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance products
  • Support primarily Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance product review, development, governance and management
  • Maintenance of related documents including but not limited to the Principle Brochures, Fund Fact Sheets, and Investment Performance reports by ensuring that materials are updated and accurate
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders within and outside of the Product & Customer Proposition team for product related changes and arrange for internal sign off and regulatory approval
  • Coordinate changes in the legal documents such as trust deeds as a result of product changes and possibly some other changes
  • Provide support in drafting of mass customer communication materials and arranging for internal review and regulatory approval as needed
  • Reestablish the Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance product and servicing proposition
  • Ownership, preparation and maintenance of the product related documents
  • Ongoing maintenance and management of Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance product
  • Support product communications
  • Lead and contribute to Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance product development projects

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • University degree in relevant disciplines
  • Qualified Mandatory Provident Fund Intermediary license holder and Fellow Life Management Institute qualification is preferred
  • Knowledge of Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance products
  • Ability to prioritise tasks under limited time, resources and staffing
  • Ability to manage relationships with people from internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of leading junior associates
