The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer service to clients and giving sales and marketing support functions to Transpacific/ Inbound/ Reefer team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To achieve sales target, expand sales territory and account penetration;
  • To develop new accounts and explore new business opportunities;
  • To work closely with overseas counterparties;
  • To liaise with internal functional teams on service excellence and to meet customer’s needs;
  • To handle sales-related issues and enquires raised by customers;
  • Any ad hoc projects assigned by Line Manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration/ /Logistics / Marketing or related disciplines;
  • At least 8 years sales and marketing experience in shipping / logistics industry;
  • Experience in Transpacific trade services is an advantage;
  • Hands-on MS office applications knowledge;
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English & Mandarin;
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently;
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
