Our client is one of the Domestic Helper Finance Company in Hong Kong with a total of 8 branches located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. To cope with their rapid business development, they invite high caliber professionals to join and be a member of their successful team.

 

Working location : Tsuen Wan / Yuen Long Branch Office

Working hours : 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. / 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

(7 days off per month, / Public holidays)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for branch administrative & customer service duties 
  • * Performing general office and reception counter duties
  • * Handle customer enquiries and requests via phone & walk-in clients
  • * Telephone sales calls to potential customers
  • * All other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the Supervisor 

 

Requirements :

* Welcome for No Working Experience in Hong Kong 
* Native in Tagalog or Indonesian Bahasa language is a MUST
* Holder of H.K. Identity Card & Dependant Visa or H.K. Permanent Identity Card
* Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
* Highly persuasive, self-motivated, self-confident and customer service oriented
* Well-organized, hardworking, aggressive and able to work under pressure
