Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling of the project, including co-ordination and supervision of M&E installation, testing and commissioning.
- Assist in monitoring the progress of the jobs by visiting the sites and liaising with the Project Team.
- Highlight any potential problems and recommended solutions.
- Attend meetings and establish business relationship with the clients, consultants and trade contractors.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Building Services / Engineering related discipline or other similar qualifications;
- At least 3 years’ relevant working experience preferably in commercial fit out, A&A projects with multi-national corporate exposure;
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work within tight deadlines;
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision;
- Strong communication / interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Good in both spoken and written Chinese and English
