  • We focus in : air quality improvement, air purification, air sanitization and scent marketing solution
  • We design, research & development, manufacturing, project management, installation and commissioning, system trial run and after sales services as well as consultancy work in Hong Kong
  • Key customers : high end customers including shopping malls, luxury brands, beauty salons, fine dining restaurants, hotels, property management companies.... etc
  • We are looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - with details as follows :

  • Lead Sales Team of 5 members to serve existing customers & develop new potential customers
  • Develop new business and follow up different projects independently.
  • Serve as a customer contact and service point for customer account.
  • Meet and give professional presentation to clients at all levels with difference backgrounds.
  • Generate organic growth of key customer accounts.
  • Maintain client records and sales pipeline database including distributors.
  • Collaborate with marketing on product campaigns.
  • Understand competitor's activities, attend trade shows, conference and keep abreast of effective market intelligence.
  • Work closely with project implementation team in delivering quality, pragmatic and competitive proposals and solutions to clients.
  • Provide inputs and feedbacks to enhance current products and services, in terms of variety,performance and total cost management.
  • Prepare sales pitching proposals and tender for new projects, establish sales strategies and execute plans to expand networks and enhance product awarenessin Hong Kong.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate terms &conditions including prices for key customers.
  • Assist Engineering team in project coordination.
  • Degree holder with at least 5 years sales, customer service and business development experience
  • Successful track record in new business development and key account management.
  • Experience in air purification / air sanitization / HVAC / building services / environmental engineering solution or related is a big plus
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin
  • Some business trips is required
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 14 days
