China Taiping Insurance Group Ltd (abbreviated as “China Taiping”) is a Chinese state-owned financial and insurance group whose management headquarters is located in Hong Kong. China Taiping Life Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited (abbreviated as “TPLHK”) is a wholly-owned life insurance subsidiary of China Taiping Insurance Holdings Company Limited under the China Taiping (abbreviated as “China Taiping Holdings”). TPLHK was issued a business license by OCI, Hong Kong in early December 2015, making it the first licensed life insurance company which is newly established in recent ten years. TPLHK started its business since 22 Dec 2015, with invested capital of HK$700 million. It mainly conducts business of life insurance, annuities and permanent health insurance, which opens the new chapter of life insurance business for China Taiping. The founding of TPLHK is to enhance China Taiping Group’s “One-Stop Comprehensive Insurance Services Platform” to achieve “One Customer, One Taiping” integrated servicing strategic target, also it is pursuit of excellence to become “the most characteristic and successful life insurance company” outside mainland China.

*Key Responsibilities

1. Making regular visit to strategic clients, to have first-hand knowledge on their requirement and improve their after-sale service satisfaction.

2. Exploring potential clients and providing related service plan including products, by various channels and marketing activities.

3. Preparing marketing proposals, sales plan and incentive plans in accordance with the strategy of the Company and the department.

4. Leading in collecting latest market information and analyzing competitor status;

5. Team (Key Account Managers) management and training on daily basis, and leading the team to meet the business target.

6. Having excellent communication with other teams and department, and dealing with urgent matters if any.

 

 

*Job Requirements

1. Degree: bachelor or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Insurance, Marketing or related disciplines.

2. Experience: at least seven-year experience in insurance or banking industry or sales-related field in Hong Kong is required, candidates familiar with insurance market and skilled in sales and management are preferred.

3. Personality: diligent, proactive, excellent in communication and able to work under pressure.

4. Other requirement: strong social network and ability of developing new markets.
