Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, financial and operational strategies.
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
  • Set up fund business development strategy plan, oversee the group fund management business segment, responsible for the overall fund operational management and the performance of the Fund's operations;
  • Organize and implement the whole process of project investment (channel, projects search, negotiation, transaction structure, implementing investment, post-investment management, and exit);
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.
  • Adhere to company, global and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above with background in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
  • Solid and proven operational experience in listed company or sizable organizations.
  • Minimum 6 years in management experience, preferable in banking industry.
  • Flexible, strong sense of ownership with ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Sound accounting skills with excellent knowledge of MS applications.
