Our client, one of the well-established largest financial banking group in South East Asia is recruiting a high-caliber candidate joining them. A job description is as follows - 

  • HKICS student member or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in banking & financial field  
  • Proficiency spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Assist the Company Secretary to undertake various tasks of the Bank Group and ensure compliance with Companies Ordinance, Banking Ordinance and HKMA requirements
  • Perform tasks relating to corporate governance related matters of the Banking Group
  • Work with companies secretaries of various subsidiaries to ensure their company secretarial affairs are in ordinance
  • Handle full range of company secretarial work for the bank and its subsidiaries
  • Assist in preparing annual report, interim report and regulatory filings
  • Assist in organizing board and committee meetings
  • Maintain and update company secretarial records, registers and routine filings
  • Assist in ad-hoc corporate projects
  • Handle administrative and logistic arrangements for Company Secretary Office
  • Stable, mature, competent and assertive  
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
