Our client is a leading company looking for a Consumer Service Administrator to join their team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange consumer fulfillment orders
  • Follow up with Quality Assurance Department on product quality issue investigation and report
  • Provide coaching, briefing and training to call centre to make sure service quality
  • Provide professional advice to HK call centre for case handling and solution
  • Handle escalation cases from call centre or external parties
  • Provide administration support and inventory control
  • Assist Manager to manage issues/crises to protect HK business and minimize hurt
  • Support line manager to follow up ad-hoc projects


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Sub-degree or above with passing grades in English and Chinese
  • 1 years hands-on experience in call centre or relevant to customer service field is required
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese; Proficiency in Mandarin preferred
  • Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing, etc
  • Must be good in communication and interpersonal skills
