Description

  • Provide customer service via phone calls and e-mails in Mandarin and Chinese

  • Answer customers' enquires regarding product knowledge, functions, prices etc. timely

  • Handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner

Profile

  • Candidate who can speak Native Mandarin

  • 1 - 2 years of Customer Service Experience is highly preferred

  • Chinese words processing is a MUST

  • Good command of spoken Mandarin

Job Offer

  • 5 day work week; shift across Monday to Saturday
