Our client, a worldwide leading logistics company, is looking for Customer Service Executives for their call centre.

 

Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to local and overseas clients over the phone
Handle customer enquiries, order booking and shipment tracing
Handle customer complaints
Working hours: 44 hours per week on shift between Monday - Sunday 7:30am - 10:30pm
5-day work week

 

Requirements
1-year experience in call-centre customer service
Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Good written Chinese and English
Good communication skills and telephone manner
Decent typing and computer skills
Fresh graduates who speaks fluent Cantonese and English with part-time CS experience will also be considered
