As Customer Service Manager, you are a key player to ensure smooth Order Fulfilment Process with the objective to generate maximum customer satisfaction in Greater Asia Region.

You are taking the leading role to manage administration tasks to ensure customer smooth receipt of shipment, to handle after-sales services duties, settle customer complaints and problems.

You proactively support both internal and external customers with order stauts analysis and provide recommendations and contingency plans.

You are expected to actively pursue improvements to workflows and procedures that will benefit the ordering process, and lead the project for process re-engineering and system integration.

You have a full understanding of other customer service and order management positions so that to support as needed.



  • With strong analytical skills and project management skills
  • With logical thinking, organized and detail-minded mindset
  • University graduate
  • Minimum 8years of relevant working experience and 3 years in supervisory position
  • Experience in International Trading / Sales / Customer Service / Order, Inventory Management / Compliance Regulation
  • Excellent in speaking and written English and Chinese andMandarin
  • Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
