Customer Service Officer ($14-$17K)

Working Hours: 5 days, average 44 hours per week

 

Duties:

-         Providing quality customer services to clients through hotline

-         Handle customer enquiries

-         Solve the problems and complaints from customers

 

Requirements:

-         Post-secondary education with English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent

-         More than 1 year customer service experience, preferably in contact center environment
(Fresh graduates of Degree/ Associate Degree with experiences in direct customer interfaces will also be considered)

-         Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese

-         Able to work under pressure and work independently

-         Customer-focus with good telephone manner

-         Good interpersonal and communication skills

-         Good problem solving skills

-         Chinese and English typing, basic PC knowledge
