Responsibilities:

l  Deliver consistently excellent inbound or outbound service over the telephone or non-phone means to customers

l  Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions

l  Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions

l  Record, track and coordinate the resolutions of all customer queries/feedbacks

l  Work closely with program manager/company manager, provide professional services and effective solutions to HNW (high net worth) & other customers in high professional industry

 

Requirements:

l  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

l  Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English; Mandarin is preferred

l  Proficient in MS Office application and computer skills

l  Experience in Customer Service sector is an advantage
