Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering customers’ enquiries and complaints
  • Provide high quality services to customers
  • Data entry of service registration 

Requirements 

  • Diploma or above with 1 year’s hotline operation experience, preferred in customer services
  • Customer services oriented, pleasant voice and personality
  • Knowledge of internet service is necessary
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua preferable
  • Good listening skills
  • Hands-on experience of PC operations
  • Shift duty is required
  • Mature, patient, good team player and able to work independently
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Customer Services Assistant
