Position Summary:

The role is to maintain high standard level of the after-sales services to our customers by providing high quality information, understanding their needs, solve their complaints to reach their satisfaction as a part of the experience journey of Bose. It is a 2 years contract position.

Major Responsibilities:

  • To represent Bose as a brand and be the core co‐ordination point between Bose and customers
  • To handle service requests and answer enquires and complaints from walk in customers on products, warranty & repair and general service related issues
  • To co-ordinate with Repairing Service team on arranging on-site repairing service, following up and updating customers with progress/ status of their service requests
  • To maintain daily operations of the Customer Service Centre, including face-to-face meet with customer at service counter to receive and return repair products, spare parts selling; hotline incoming calls answering
  • To assist in administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with 2 years or more solid experience in CS field
  • Good spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Pleasant character, strong communication, customer handling, problem solving skills
  • Well organised and independent, able to work under pressure with good EQ
  • Hands‐on PC knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Chinese word processing; with SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Preferable with some basic knowledge in electronic
  • Working location in Diamond Hill, shift duty will be required
